What a Beautiful Mild Winter Season we had at Wandering Oaks!
We started out with our Annual Thanksgiving Dinner, which was a huge success. We cooked 3 Turkeys with stuffing and gravy, and our campers brought all the trimmings to complete our meal. Talked about being Stuffed.
Onward to our Christmas Season, decorating the Clubhouse is always a fun event as well as trimming the Christmas Tree. We looked so festive! We all enjoyed our Yearly Cookie Exchange and later out Christmas Party.
In January, our friends Barbara & Rene’ Gasser, owners of “The Gala Of The Royal Horses”, brought 2 of the Stallions to Wandering Oaks and did a mini show for us, with a Meet and Greet after. What a Thrill. Below is my Granddaughter showing off Mozart, one of the Stallions.
We had a huge turnout for our yearly St. Patrick’s Day Dinner with all the trimmings. Corned Beef & Cabbage, potatoes. carrots, plus deserts.
